    Not at all happy with this company.

    I bought 2 of their TVs and almost immediately one of them started losing its ability to pick up the remote signal. I contacted the company and we troube-shot it over the phone. Because it was intermittent at the time, I thought it had been fixed when obviously it hadn’t. Not entirely sure it wasn’t the remote, I bought a new one. Same thing but intermittent. So I wasn’t sure that was the problem. I tried my 150-dollar universal remote and it was also problematic. That took 6 months. Then life happened – school, kids, parent died, moving, illness. Finally, today I was ready to get it sorted and they said because it had been a year they would not do anything, even though the problem had been registered with the, within the warranty period. The representative was defensive and full of excuses.

    Never a Vizio again.

    I just learned a very expensive lesson. Do not purchase a Vizio tv directly from them. Go through a brick and mortar store, please! AND open the box BEFORE you leave the store. My husband signed for what should have been an awesome television set from Vizio. Because the box did not appear damaged, he did not inspect it before he signed. The scren was shattered. I am now on hold until Vizio reviews my case and decides what course of action to take. I know what course of action I will take. I’m spending my weekend blogging and posting every place on the internet I can think of to warn people about this. Never a Vizio again, also.

    I have an unwatchable 49inch ultra 4K tv. The screen experience jitters. I bought tv on Nov 2015. It’s only been 15 months. Vizio company refuse to admit they have problem with the screens. Vizio’s tv quality only last as long as you buy extra warranty. That means Vizio company only stands behind their television quality if it’s back by spending more money on warranty. I have TV sets from Samsung and Toshiba without warranty, and I’ve had the for over 3 years without issue. Don’t get stuck with this poor quality brand. It’s your money.

    I have experienced the same nonsense with Vizio right up to there corporate escalation team.
    They put warranty into a 3rd party service center team which also are complete idiots and want to send someone they contracted out that is not a licensed business in Florida and has NO insurance.
    I refuse to let anyone in my home that is not licensed or insured and they failed to produce insurance certificate or a license.
    Now i have talked to wise a*s girls in Vizio escalation center named Ashley and mandie, which refuse to give me there supervisors name and said they will call me in 48 hours.
    What a joke, stay the hell away from Vizio they are a joke. i have a 65 inch that is less then 6 months old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    DO NOT BUY A VIZIO TV!! I purchased a 65″ Vizio from Amazon in Jan. 2014. The picture developed horizontal lines within 6 months, steadily got worse and as of today, May 7,2017 the tv completely died. $2100 dollars wasted on this piece of junk. Never again

    This is the second tv from Vizio that has a “backlight” issue. The first one was 6mo old, they replaced it. Now this one! Only a little over a year old. Backlight! Called cs and spoke with Joseph #49086 didn’t care about my problems with their sorry equipment! He was like “I don’t believe you”, I don’t see anything with your serial number. We didn’t replace your tv! I’m so damn pissed with this company! I have had a Sanyo for 10 years! Not one problem! Vizio sucks! The people who brought the tv to me said that “ma’am this company sucks”! It will last you for about a year. And he was right.. They need to go out of business because they’re no good and don’t give a damn about their customers! Straight BS!!!! GO OUT OF BUSINESS VIZIO!!!!!! Boooooo.. Thumbs down.

    This is appalling to have two TVs come in that was supposed to be brand-new then they become refurbished not only that the TVs are broken when opened cigarette Burns on one and The other TV looks like it was Pried open One had some white substance on it Screen crack top pried open of the TV this is ridiculous I’ve been a customer since 2005 I have all Vizio products throughout my whole household I have 10 updated Smart TVs in my house that are all Vizio’s and other Vizio products from DVD players to Soundbars the sound systems but this is how you treat a lifelong customer because you guys only been in business for 15 years and I’ve been doing 12 years worth of business with you people and this is how one of your best customers get treated You send technicians in my house that was smelly dirty looking and looked like drug addicts I even had my concerns on top of that I even had to put my dog away because even my dog did not like the people who are in my house that hes never acted that way on top of it then I was fearful that they would come back and maybe Rob my house or take things from around my house and on top of the delivery being a disaster how dare you if this is not fixed and rectified and you don’t do something that is spectacular for me so that you can earn my business back for all of what that has been done to me and what I’ve been through my next steps are to file whatever papers that I need to with whatever Departments I need to do and also to make everybody aware of what has been done if There is no resolution to this these TVs are still under the manufacturer’s warranty I’m not understanding why vizio could not turn around and just send brand new TV’s to my home with a massive company that they Are acting so cheaply and poorly. Enough is enough this is over 6 months now you don’t wanna compensate anybody for any of this it is ridiculous it’s appalling I am seeking full compensation plus having the 2 TV’s taking care of  And then a reply I got we don’t do no compensation they’re just offering to give me my money back for my TV and that’s it and trying to make like nothing else happen
