    I am trying to return a front drive shaft for my ford 4×4 that does not fit my truck. I have been drilled by customer service like the FBI to prove it does not fit my truck. What is the big deal in taking back a new;, uninstalled part that does not fit what vehicle I drive and is of no use to me.
    I think that this company should be blacklisted with the automotive world for the treatment that they are giving customers that have valid reasons for returning a part. Information given on the web site agreed with the what was on my truck. The part is different from the original and does not fit. Simple problem, Right? No the customer service Gestapo want me to prove to them that the part is the wrong one.
    This is the last time that I will order anything from this company and will also tell my club buddies to got to Summit for their parts.
